Scaalr is an AI-first property management platform for residential property managers. One system runs the whole job: properties and units, residents and leases, owners, maintenance cases and work orders with a contractor directory, a front desk with visitor check-in and package tracking, rent collection, invoicing, and a full double-entry accounting system with bank reconciliation and financial statements. On Growth and up, Alex reads resident email and texts around the clock, summarizes each request, flags real emergencies, and notifies the right person. Every dispatch waits for your team's approval. Invoices can be paid online by card or Apple Pay, where available, with payouts to your own Stripe account and no added platform fees. Rent-increase notices are prepared for markets in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the UK (England, Wales, and Northern Ireland), and Ireland, with prescribed government forms where required. First 5 units free. Cancel anytime.
