"A brilliant way to set up e-Learning within your organisation"
5/5
What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

I have found the library of courses to be an excellent way to start building relevant content and to learn how the various slides work. Being able to use these to put together a portfolio of courses, branded in our own design, has been a fantastic experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

I haven't really come up against any barriers with EdApp so far. Everything is very logical, and the support we've received from EdApp has been excellent. Perhaps having more library content that is UK-based would be helpful, but maybe that will come with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

I love the authoring and ho interactive the entire program is. There are so many options available that the user doesn't get bored as you go through different lessons and courses. As an admin, they've made the process so easy that just about anyone can create an effective lesson. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

User Groups are kind of confusing to me. I'm used to a more traditional setup of hierarchy, creating stores and adding team members to those stores. I'll get used to user groups though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

Ed App is extremely intuitive and user friendly. Their knowledgebase of information is also very helpful, and the live chat is responsive and informative too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

I have not yet found a downside to EdApp. We are only very early in the onboarding process, and have not yet got any of our learners set up, but everything I can see seems quick and straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Super Easy, Engaging, perfect platform"
5/5
What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

The ease to create quick pieces of training or long sessions is so intuitive and a breeze. The platform is so user friendly to create. Associates are also engaging more with this type of training and the brain boosts help keep everyone in check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

There's nothing really to dislike about this app. If you want it, there's always a way to work around to make it work. The suggestions from the team also assist when stuck and need a but of a push. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly recommend. EdApp is an easy-to-use and configure, micro-learning platform."
4.5/5
What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

Great pre-sale and onboarding support, as well as training. Solid set of features out of the box and the development team is open to feedback and responsive. I recently asked EdApp to enable password reset to strengthen security, and the feature was available within a few weeks. Based on their quick turnaround, I'm hopeful and optimistic that further planned enhancements will provide the additional features we seek. If yes, then EdApp will be 10 of 10. What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

As we are new to EdApp, we signed up for a subscription and for 30 lessons to be created by EdApp's learning designers.

The initial course of four lessons is very polished and engaging, and EdApp created some custom templates with our compay logo and brand colours that are brilliant. But the templates were not shared along with the content, which may have just been an oversight. I'm hoping EdApp will both share the templates and show us how to use them, so we can emulate their high standard and create courses as professional for our team in-house. "EdApp for Learning Management Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

EdApp has lot of curated content

It helps you build pocket LMS at a scale and rapid pace with pre-curated content.

EdApp also helps to add existing content to get converted into platform-sensitive content

Any presentation shall be converted into a learning course.

The major USP is their free version, with many feature sets available for effective scale-up of the learning management portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

The addition of voice content is quite challenging, apart from that, navigation of the course in the android application is quite tedious, else the product in general, is quite complete with a list of features required to create an enterprise LMS system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Love, love, love the customer service, micro lesson format, and wealth of course work available"
5/5
What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

The micro lesson format that Ed App provides is easily accessible from any mobile device or computer and is gamified, which makes learning the lessons fun and interactive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

Sometimes if I want to check out a new course, and I am already logged into Ed App, the system does not recognize that I am already logged in, and it takes me around and around trying to get to where I am trying to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Eddapp Saved my Business."
5/5
What do you like best about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

The fact that I can create mini lessons that I was able to share with my clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SC Training (Formerly EdApp)?

The fact that i get charged per customer if I need more features. I am using Eddapp in a developing country where the cost of living is low. It is hard to afford $2.99 per customer to be able to access certain features. I will like Eddapp to review their pricing for people like me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
