Usually takes months to get it to work right. Support has been awful as well. **Recommendations to others considering SC//AcuVigil Managed Network Solutions:** Make sure you have a CSM that has your best interest. Really drill them on their support (tier 1 through tier 3). **What problems is SC//AcuVigil Managed Network Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Network management for some of our locations. ### 2. Multiple agents handle the same ticket, Tier 1 support seems clueless about resolving issues, and Tier 2 takes an excessively long time to respond.
