What do you like best about SBS CyberSecurity?

The depth of testing they provide is like nothing I've seen from other vendors. We've always done external penetration testing and internal vulnerability scans but SBS takes it a step further to show security gaps, which were not discovered in the past. What do you like best about SBS CyberSecurity?

I did not have to re-create the wheel to develop a comprehensive Information Security Program. The TRAC software has all the components, including policies, that are easy to use!

I like how the program separates the requirements into different modules, as this is much easier to implement, but the end product integrates these modules and documents it into a comprehensive program that is usable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Theire consultants are invaluable for a small bank to help in designing a program specific to your bank, collaborating with IT companys to ensure networking needs are met and that security requirements and standards are present and enforced. If you are looking for someone to help guide you in penetration testing with gathering the information for the test and as well as provide you solutions that are obtainable, they are the people to use. They are easy to work with, follow up and communicate during the whole process. SBS CyberSecurity performed my security penetration audit on our hospital's network this year. They did penetration testing as well as provided solutions on how to improve the network security and flaws. Justin provided excellent assistance with gathering information to perform the test as well as providing solutions that we were able to implement. They helped us recognize a flaw where the outside guest wifi could access the internal network which we were quickly able to stop with their assistance while the test was being performed. SBS was more informative to our bank on the Bank's IT program and Audit and made recommendations that were helpful and reasonable. Other IT Audits from other firms have been more costly, you cannot beat better audits and service for less cost. What problems is SBS CyberSecurity solving and how is that benefiting you?

SBS handled our last IT Audit with VA Scanning, Pen testing, Social Engineering and PW testing, provided us with recommendations for our program that we haven't received from other auditors. The staff is seasoned and they follow up on items. The staff is truly great and easy to work with. I highly recommend working with SBS. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Custome support is quick with responses. They provide continued training on their products. The programs the provide are easy to use (TRAC System). Due to our relashtionship with them, our regulator audits have been a breeze with few findings and those finds are minor or just recommendations. They provide us with the Trac system for IT Risk Assessment and Cyber Secuerity Risk Assessment. They also perform our IT Audit, Cyber Security Audt, and Penetration testing.
