Customer service did a good job at supporting and answering any questions **What do you dislike about Sawtooth Software Lighthouse Studio?** The thing that I didn't like was that it took some training and getting used to in order to really take advantage of the program in its entirety and was not as self explanatory **What problems is Sawtooth Software Lighthouse Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall it has saved us time in the every day work day and has helped us to decrease time mismanagement and misuse. It has made everything work so much more flawlessly ### 2. UI is also very old looking **What problems is Sawtooth Software Lighthouse Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lots of statistical analysis and evaluation, I use it for conjoint analysis and BYO / shopping cart exercises for survey respondents ### 3. Also difficult to host a survey and support team is small. **What problems is Sawtooth Software Lighthouse Studio solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Sawtooth Software to develop surveys for market research projects.
