I have been using SavvyCal daily and the best part of it is, the user interface is very user friendly and it can integrate with multiple calenders and display all events including personal and professional meetings, so that we can prioratize the meetings and manage it in a very efficient way. The things which I personally dislike about SavvyCal is, even though it supports multiple calenders integration, but still it is a web application not a stand alone. SavvyCal has this great feature of personalized scheduling links, which is easy to implement in our work or personal calenders.

It also has this unique feature of Overlay our calenders and which is easier understand mutual availability and make our meeting successful.

SavvyCal right now does not have their mobile app, which limits the flexibility for it's users.

When using SavvyCal, I noticed that its prices are somewhat high, but I must admit that it offers satisfactory and effective features. You may sometimes experience some delays in accessing the service. But in other respects, it is excellent and easy to use. I am happy with it and I will tell all my friends about it, but it may be unsuitable for some users who prefer portable applications for ease of access and use. SavvyCal has been amazing with scheduling. I use it daily with my role to schedule calls with people outside the organization, and I can say that it is a lot more user friendly that other ones I've used (rhymes with malendly). The fact that you can see all time slots available at once instead of just day specific makes it easier to visualize your day and when you can best squeeze in that one more meeting request. Didn't know this until their recent rebrand, but the team is pretty small. Absolutely love this - they've been able to make a product that feels and operates better than Calendly, with a small team and limited budget.
