## Saviynt Reviews
  ### 1. My experience with this product is mixed, as I have observed both significant improvement & some gap

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sugandh j. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

Saviynt EIC has a clean and modern interface that is easy to use, even for people who are not very technical. It is flexible and customizable, which makes it simple to add new applications and systems. The platform can also handle large amounts of data smoothly, and its cloud services with AI and machine learning help speed up deployments and improve overall identity management also PAM functionality is easy to implement.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

The biggest challenge is with customer support. Answers often take too long to arrive, and when they do, they are sometimes incomplete or unclear. Communication between the support and engineering teams is slow, and the documentation is not always detailed enough, which makes solving issues harder, and some parts of the platform run slower than expected. Improving both support and performance would make the overall experience much better.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improved visibility and control over user access. Faster onboarding and access provisioning, with enhanced security by minimizing excessive or unauthorized access.

  ### 2. Knowledgeable Speakers and a Confidence-Boosting Saviynt Roadmap Session

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Girish K. | Senior IAM Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

One of the best sessions , gives me confidence that saviynt roadmap is on right direction. The speakers were knowledgeable and humble.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

I think there should be a way Saviynt can allow participants to ask questions after the session through an online forum, since not everything can be covered during the live session. Overall, it was a very enthusiastic session.

When serving snacks, please label the veg and non-veg name plates correctly. This is very important.

There were too many details, and I believe the content could have been split into two sessions.

If the agenda and timeline are shared ahead of the call, it will surely help participants follow along better.

It would also be helpful if the deck or a summary could be shared afterward, because too many topics were covered and the audience may not retain everything to take back, convey to others, or work on later.

Personally, I’m more interested in lab sessions for participants than in goodies.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Speed to scale, smooth app onboarding, posture management, PAM needs, and agentic AI for security—plus vice versa.

  ### 3. Simplifies Identity Management with Strong Customization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krishna T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

I like using UARs, Certification campaigns, and Custom connectors that are available for our enterprise apps with Saviynt. It really helps to schedule our UAR using Manager certification campaigns for Active Directories and using all our enterprise apps in one IGA tool, which makes our admin job easy. I also appreciate that Saviynt fulfilled our need for integrating ServiceNow tickets with access requests inside IGA. The initial setup was easy, and we were all able to figure it out without much effort.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

I feel available custom connectors are allowing to import users and entitlements to some extent, if you include all other roles and licenses of the applications in available OOTB connectors it will be more useful instead we work in REST API connectors.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Saviynt for identity management, governance, and administration. It simplifies scheduling UARs and managing certification campaigns, consolidating apps into one IGA tool. We switched to Saviynt for its integration with ServiceNow, simplifying access request management.

  ### 4. Great IAM Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonal G. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

I use Saviynt for Identity Access Management, and I find it to be a good product for this purpose. It works well for access management, and its UI is very clear, making it easy for users to request access. I also appreciate how requesting access for end users is pretty clear and useful. Additionally, Saviynt helps me see the criticality of risks for users, which is essential in preventing inappropriate user access.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

I see SOD evaluation jobs are failing very frequently, it should be improved. Teams should know the exact reason why it is failing so it will be fixed permanently. It was challenging to configure all Oracle applications but with time it is stable now.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saviynt helps us identify risks in user access, preventing unauthorized access. The UI is clear, making access requests straightforward. However, SOD evaluation jobs often fail, needing improvement for stability.

  ### 5. Powerful Identity Security with Room for UI Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sanjay P. | Director - Head of Identity and Access Management , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

I use Saviynt for JML, Access Requests, and User Access Reviews, including SODs. I like that it offers a true enterprise-grade cloud-native IGA platform with end-to-end Identity Security risk management capabilities covering humans, non-humans, and AI. It's highly scalable, has a low maintenance cost, and offers high audit compliance closure. This makes it a very powerful tool for managing identity security.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

The UI can be made better including time to onboard application using AI LLM/Agentic AI capabilities. A more simplified platform pricing for different Identity Security capabilities like NHI/ISPM, PAM etc. would help increase customer adoption and usability.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saviynt solves timely provisioning and de-provisioning of access, automated user access reviews, and audit compliance, while addressing security risks with user access. It's highly scalable, low maintenance cost, with high audit compliance closure.

  ### 6. Using Saviynt for Access Requests and Compliance

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

Saviynt brings access management and governance into one place, which makes things much easier to track and manage. On our team, we use it to onboard applications and users, handle access requests, and run periodic access reviews. Before Saviynt, a lot of this work was done manually through emails or in ServiceNow, so consolidating it in Saviynt has improved visibility, streamlined the process, and helped reduce delays. The out-of-the-box reports and analytics are also very useful whenever we need to pull data and review it.it has good documentation which helps the configuration to be done quickly.it was a very large and active saviynt forum for quick fix.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

Bug resolution are planned for an upcoming version, but it takes time. Support could be improved, and the SLA needs to be followed more consistently.
The integration of custom code with the tool can be improved.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly focused on access control and compliance. Manual effort is reduced, and overall security is improved. Previously, access requests and approvals were handled through emails and partly in ServiceNow, which made tracking difficult and increased the risk of delays or errors. With Saviynt, these processes are centralized, making it easier to manage user onboarding, role-based access, and certification campaigns from a single place.

  ### 7. Saviynt review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

This solution stands out for its exceptional ease of use, offering an intuitive interface that minimizes the learning curve and allows users to perform tasks efficiently without extensive training. Implementation is equally smooth, thanks to clear documentation and streamlined setup processes that reduce deployment time and complexity. Customer support is a strong point, with responsive and knowledgeable teams available through multiple channels, ensuring quick resolution of issues and continuous assistance. Its reliability and simplicity make it a tool that teams use frequently in their daily workflows, reinforcing its role as a core component of operations. The platform also boasts a rich set of features, covering both essential and advanced functionalities, which provides flexibility for diverse business needs. Integration capabilities are robust, enabling seamless connectivity with existing systems and third-party applications without disrupting established processes. Overall, this solution combines usability, functionality, and strong support, making it a practical and scalable choice for organizations seeking efficiency and adaptability.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

One drawback of Saviynt is that its interface can feel complex for new users, requiring a longer learning curve. Additionally, some advanced configurations demand significant technical expertise, which may slow down implementation for smaller teams.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saviynt tackles key challenges in identity and access management by enabling organizations to efficiently manage user identities, enforce robust access controls, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Its automation of provisioning and de-provisioning processes significantly reduces manual workload and helps minimize security risks. Personally, I find this extremely valuable, as it simplifies complex IAM tasks, strengthens governance, and boosts overall security, all while saving both time and resources.

  ### 8. Great Features with Setup Ease, But Needs Better Role Sync

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

I find it very easy to set up and our team is productive with account provisioning and deprovisioning using it.

We have some challenges syncing Azure role members with Saviynt, like Global admin and security administration roles members, which we are trying to review for unused roles to send notifications.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Saviynt to onboard applications and discover where service accounts are in use, which helps manage identity, application, and access effectively.

I think these, the POCs and these new promises, right, we'll have to see that how they can support us, how they can partner with us. It's mostly about NHIs and apps onboarding. The initial setup was very difficult, much difficult. Not a good one.

I use Saviynt for IGA, solving JML and governance challenges. I like its governance framework, JML, app onboarding ease, and flexibility in creating workflows.

**Reviewed by:** Deepak A. | IAM Architect

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

I like the ease of connecting applications and the connector library in Saviynt. The ADSI connector was particularly useful as it allowed us to migrate the AD account from one domain to another smoothly during a job promotion.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

The ServiceNow integration with Saviynt connector for account and access requests is not easy to configure and utilize. The solution needs to be more flexible to get the adoption up and let users request and raise their requests. It was moderately complicated and expert services helped us with the initial setup.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Saviynt for user identity management, simplifying onboarding and offloading accounts. The connector library and ease of application connections are great, like migrating AD accounts. However, the ServiceNow integration needs improvement for better flexibility and adoption.

**Reviewed by:** Joel H.

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

Onboarding applications takes a great deal of time and we've had issues getting Active Directory groups moved into Saviynt for entitlement management. There's been a long-standing bug which prevented improving AD groups. We believe it was resolved in Brisbane, but we're still working to roll it out.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

The product is generally intuitive and doesn't require too much customization to get going. Getting connections to work is pretty easy, and for the most part there is decent documentation around how to set things up.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

When issues arise, it is difficult to get agents that can get to the root cause. Often they request meetings that end up being a rehash of what we have in the original ticket. Tickets stay open far too long before resolution.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working towards having a centralized IAM environment where a product like Saviynt can be the source of truth for everything identity related. Saviynt as a product is proving to be capable of doing this although there are some concerns around scaling.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

I am not across the product in any detail so cannot comment on this.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We want to automate the onboarding/offboarding of users and automate RBAC starting with the most used applications. Ideally we also want to use it for access reviews of SharePoint sites where we have sensitive data stored.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

I can’t say that something dislike about Saviynt

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neellohit S. | Cybersecurity Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

We recently onboarded another application on Saviynt platform and the ease of scalability and flexiblity was impressive to say the least. Be it creating dynamic attributes for blocking unwanted access requests or designing a workflow, it does everything an IGA platform needs to be doing. Very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

The view detail icon in the Entitlement tab of Endpoints is very small and a new user including myself faced lot of difficulty in locating it. There should have been a more accessable feature of rollbacking incorrectly triggered tasks for Admin level users, but these are just suggestions and the concerns are subjective.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saviynt is helping our organisation to successfully implement IAM on a large number of user base and multiple applications. It is very difficult to implement a similar policy and yet not sacrifice any security concerns for a large organisation with so many applications and users but Saviynt is helping us tremendously in this case.

  ### 50. An IDaaS solution with low foot print on enterprise network.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ajith T. | IAM Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Saviynt?**

This IDaaS solution provides lot of Out Of the box connectors to integrate with our enterprise systems. Saviynt API is highly useful and we do use them in building custom UI experience for users. We require minimal effort to maintain the solution.

Documentation is easily accessible.

**What do you dislike about Saviynt?**

It would be great if this tool can offer SSO capabilities for the applications integrated. In that way we can avoid using multiple set of tools for IGA, SSO and MFA.

Currently we are looking for a flexible way to enable MFA erollment for users when they are on-boarded on to IGA. Would like to know if Saviynt is planning to enhance the features to support MFA enrollments with Ping ID (not just user creation in Ping ID).

It would be great if users dashboard can be customised to have additional tile to view their MFA enrolments on Ping ID.

It would be highly useful if we can add custom jar files without having to hardcode secrets. One way of acheving this is to enable the jar file to access connection objects configured in saviynt which is not possible at the moment.

**What problems is Saviynt solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding employess and contractors on enterprise system with minimal maintenance overhead.
