Love the easy drop-and-drag interface. It was very easy to implement, recreate analyses in Savant that I previously created in Alteryx. Training/customer support provided initially was very thorough, helpful (albeit somewhat fast-paced, which is understandable). I think the UI is great - easier to manipulate tools, view/read data than competitors I've used. Love the AI integration for calculations. - I have sometimes struggled with replacing/updating data sources in analyses. Perhaps it is user error, but I've had issues when replacing files in the 'Data' area and not seeing the new data update in linked analyses (have to delete, unlink data, re-add file to workflow).

- I have also had some issues where it seems like every 'tool' was not updating when running an analysis, had to manually click 'analyze' or refresh each tool (again, possibly user/connection error).

- It can be difficult to find solutions re: to perform specific tasks (which tools to use in certain scenarios, how to link 'outputs' to databases/outside programs locations i.e. Smartsheet, Tableau, SharePoint) due to a lack of 'community notes'/instructions; I completely understand that is due to Savant being so new, am sure the community will contain more content/troubleshooting in the future. Savant Labs makes data analytics less daunting for those without formal training. Savant allows users to transform and automate data seamlessly without needing to be a coding guru. Savant is very user-friendly and has an inviting user interface alongside a generative AI feature to help solve data issues you may encounter. I enjoy the drag-and-drop capability, allowing me to build/rebuild data, clean data, and blend different data sets. Savant has made automating data a breeze, enabling our team to work more efficiently and ensure our clients have the latest and greatest information at all times. The customer support from the Savant team is stellar, making implementation and integration worry-free, helping us find the best ways to use the platform. One area where there’s room for improvement is in some of the functionality that’s not available yet. For example, it would be great to see more advanced scheduling or automation features built in something that would really elevate it for production level use. I really appreciate how intuitive and easy the tools are to configure. The overall visual theme feels a bit too bland for my taste. When working with larger workflows, it can be difficult to quickly distinguish between different tools or components at a glance. A more visually dynamic or customizable interface would really help improve clarity and navigation—especially for complex projects. Savant's interface is very easy to learn and get a handle on. Developing an analysis and automating it is very straightforward as well. There is a learning curve to learning the functions and nodes, but it scales pretty nicely and there isn't anything that is too overwhelming. I can easily get value with little effort. The only minor setback is developing very large analyses. As it's processing more and more configurations, I have noticed a drawback configuration speed, but this is when there are 100+ nodes on the canvas. Savant saves me hours of manual work each week both by consistently delivering reports to stakeholders, but also by allowing my team to injest external data sources as new challenges are presented. The interface is easy to interact with when configuring new jobs and altering existing bots, and the team is always quick to assist whenever an issue or question arises. Wether it's auditing data from different accounting systems, importing new data points for the Compliance team, or getting timely updates to the sales teams, Savant has tools to increase efficiency in every department of the business. It would be great if Savant could allow for Automation based on our Business Day calendar in the future. While we love the Monthly, Weekly, Daily features, being able to cut down on computational use by selecting only the 2nd business day of a month for certain Bots would be incredibly helpful.
