The idea submission portal for new suggestions has attention and oversight so customer feedback is not being lost in a black hole. The only thing I've run into that I would like to be improved is a container feature on the canvas when building workflows, but I've submitted that to the idea portal and was informed that it's already in the works and will be rolled out in the near future. It is a more interactive application which emphasize on simplifying the complex of coding, giving users more ability to do analytics data transformation seamlessly.
