I find Sauce to be incredibly user-friendly and professional, making the initial setup process very easy, which was facilitated by Nina's convincing and skillful guidance. Sauce enhances my business by simplifying the ordering process for customers and effectively assisting my shop in marketing efforts, thereby increasing visibility on platforms like Google. I appreciate the convenience of their delivery service, which is a cost borne by the customer. This convenience is compounded by the fact that I no longer need to manage orders over the phone, ensuring a seamless operation. Additionally, using Sauce’s proprietary software has been a great experience at a very low partnership cost, making it an ideal addition to our shop's operational tools. As time went on and the others began to rape us with their fees I was upset but had no option in leaving because, as mentioned earlier, they were doing the marketing. Than Sauce came along and we felt that there was another way after all. The were our liberators from those that kept us hostage with 30% fees. The mob charges less! We're unable to send customer information directly from Sauce to Toast, which makes it difficult to fully use Toast Marketing. Sauce offers great prices to our customers and distributes a fair amount to it's restaurants. It integrates with our Toast POS system. Sauce has an expansive reach of up to 5 miles. Drivers come in with only first name and last initial (can be tricky especially during busy times). Orders cannot be edited and reprinted (i.e. date change, product change).
