Deskworks is coworking management software built by operators, for operators. It brings the essential parts of running a coworking space, flex office, executive suite, or shared workspace into one connected platform—helping teams reduce administrative work, protect revenue, and spend more time supporting their members and community. Designed around the realities of daily workspace operations, Deskworks automates the work that can otherwise consume an operator’s day. Membership billing, invoicing, payments, reservations, renewals, usage tracking, and account updates stay connected, reducing manual entry and making it easier to manage even the most flexible membership plans. Operators gain a clear view of what is happening across their business, while members receive a simple, self-service experience from signup through everyday use. Members and guests can find available workspace, purchase plans and day passes, reserve rooms, make payments, and manage their accounts online or through the Deskworks mobile app. Interactive floor plans and real-time availability help workspaces turn more of their inventory into bookable, revenue-generating space while preventing scheduling conflicts. Deskworks also connects physical activity in the workspace with the systems that manage it. Intelligent Network Check-in recognizes members when they connect to Wi-Fi, automatically tracks their time or visits against their plan, and helps ensure additional usage is accurately billed. Integrations with access control, printing, accounting, calendars, digital mail, and other workspace technology keep information aligned across the tools operators rely on. Real-time dashboards and detailed coworking reports give owners and managers visibility into revenue, accounts receivable, memberships, reservations, occupancy, and space usage. This makes it easier to understand performance, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions about pricing, layout, staffing, and growth. Flexible enough for independent coworking spaces and growing multi-location operators, Deskworks can support a wide range of products, spaces, and operating models without forcing every business into the same workflow. SDW is a one-stop shop for billing and keeping track of all our customers, be they virtual or IRL

I wish there were a report for account expiry dates.

SDW helps us keep track of meeting room availabiity and billing.
