Dashboards for key performance indicators i.e. in the context of renewals. They answer the following questions:
How do we perform over time? We often use hierarchies in this regard.
Who are the top sellers?
What journey do customers take swapping products, sellers?
We use VA as well for exploration and machine learning showing visually:
what determines the likelihood of a customer renewing his contract?
What drives our margins? How should we fix prices?
What geographic areas have the greatest impact?
We do regressions inside VA and derive the score once the model is satisfactory.
We export the model score code.
We build customized graphs.
