In our hospital we have created dashboard which retrieves data on hourly/daily basis to display to end users how the department/section is performing. Even in our last JCIA review when the end users had demonstrated the data to the JCIA team they were amazed at the data which was presented and also the ability to interact with the dashboard to get the required output in just seconds for any given period of time. **What do you dislike about SAS Visual Analytics?** We have not seen any significant downsides as we have rarely faced any issues with the tool. I do very much like the possibilities of calculated measures especially when working with text and dates. **What do you dislike about SAS Visual Analytics?** Some of the functions could be improved (ex. multiple select in control object "buttons" or adding "list" as report control object, would be great to see where "Common filters" are used before deleting/changing them as it is with regular categories/measures etc.). The "Create custom graph" feature should contain more graphical possibilities (colors etc.). It is also annoying that it is not possible to change the data source of a single object (crosstab/list table/graph) - only the entire data source could be replaced which changes the data source in all objects' it was used.
