Big businesses are bombarded daily by millions of tweets, emails, webchats, online reviews, survey results, CRM-entries, news articles and forum posts written by, for and about them. But language is weird, unpredictable, colloquial, fluid, sarcastic and entirely dependent on context. It’s hard to make sense of and, for most organisations, totally invisible.
