It's a one stop solution for optimising the processes , address management and produce high quality best results while operating within limitations. The best thing about SAS/OR is the ability to build and run very strong simulation models. The only thing I might dislike about SAS/OR which can be introduced for the tool is easy customer support on hard to crack modelling questions. Some of the features that I really like are it's diverse problem solving ability, easy customization of models, great perfomance and scalabilty when dealing with both small as well as large scale problems. I like the statistical capabilities offered by the software, as it helps good visualization of data for analysis effectively. I think looking at it from an individual perspective, the cost can be an issue, but working in corporate, it isn't much of a concern as an employee.
