Even for someone not from an IT environment, it is very easy for SAS BI to generate interactive panels. It allows us to split millions of data rows into a single report. In case our economic calculations contain weird behavior, SAS Business Intelligence is frequently used to define where are the issues happening and are totally internal to our core structure. Some member of our team had a lot of SAS skills, as they had worked with other SAS software, and even for them it was hard to deal with SAS Businesses Intelligence. It is very simple to present complicated information in a model that is simple to comprehend. It allows users to save reports for use in their future queries with the Business Objects functions. Also, to understand and create panels, you don't have to be from an IT or programming environment, as all the process is mechanical and simple When we implemented SAS BI in our organization, we had to be able to filter big information sets and drop comparison groups into graphs, and that's exactly what this great tool has offered us. SAS Business Intelligence is very easy to configure and automate. It comes with many functions predefined, which makes it very convenient to create panels and reports that provides our users the ability to play with data. I thinks it must provide a more consistent interface to operate better between devices. Also, it should facilitate requests through different data sets, if they could add SQL it would be great. I consider it’s most suitable if you have different data sources that must be combined, or if you need to hide database implementations to users, so you can present it only what you want them to see. Our company uses SAS Business Intelligence's full functionality to manipulate data, produce reports and panels and for mathematical intensive tasks.
