We heard about this software from one of our peer organizations. We got the activity performed for our manufacturing facility. The best thing about the team is that they are very well trained. They understood the machine in one go and they were on it the next minute. They gave me a clear indicators of few parts being not genuine, Maintainance is not regularly, etc. And it should also point out here that we did a lot of multiple follow-ups with the support team and every time they responded with patience and addressed the issue. What problems is SAS Asset Performance Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you? The report clearly pointed out that the machines were supposed to break down in a couple of months. This helped us plan the contingency plans. The manufacturing process didn't hinder because of this. A clear SOP of written down to fix the machines and their maintenance.
