Sarkari Exam Typing is an online typing practice tool designed to simulate Indian government recruitment exam conditions. It offers 31 exam patterns with specific rules, durations, speed thresholds, and locked keys matching official standards. The software includes 136 lessons for English QWERTY, Hindi (Mangal InScript, Kruti Dev), Marathi Devanagari InScript, and Punjabi Gurmukhi InScript, progressing from basics to full mock exams. Users can access 1,400 exam-length practice passages in multiple languages. A Windows app complements the browser version, working offline with locally stored tests and progress tracking. It measures key depressions per hour, gross and net words per minute, accuracy, and key depression rates. The free tier provides English lessons and tests without registration, while paid activation unlocks all features on both platforms.
