The tool is intuitive and very easy to use. It only took a few minutes to set up each integration into our Data Warehouse (Big Query). The support team is great as well, if you have any questions about how to configure your setup, they are very helpful. The built-in connectors are great, however, for the times that a built-in connector isn't available, it would be nice if they had a generic API connector that allowed you to connect any data-source with an API.
