**What do you like best about Seraphim?**

The concept behind managing the data and incorporating personal Bible study was really cool

**What do you dislike about Seraphim?**

The user interface, tho it looked nice, the functionality was pretty clunky.

**What do you like best about Seraphim?**

Seraphim allows non-profit organizations to be able to provide online options for donations and charitable giving. Primarily church-focused software. 

**What do you dislike about Seraphim?**

Doesn't seem to be a reasonable price and is having trouble catching on. Also, as the market seems to be more heavily weighted towards more aged clientele, vs. younger, I think the demand for the product might be outweighed by its cost and bias towards doing things the "traditional" way in many congregations. I worry about the longterm support and life of the product in the current market. 

**Recommendations to others considering Seraphim:**

If you would like to allow your church members to give online in a quick, easy manner, this is your software! I would recommend it to any clergy with a younger demographic that heavily relies on being able to donate and give through online methods.

**What problems is Seraphim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing churches to control and track church giving and allowing members to contribute online/virtually rather than having to write checks and balance checkbooks.
