UniverseIT is a unified education ERP built on SAP BTP, bringing academic and administrative operations together through 20 modules, over 180 apps and one login. Designed for institutions from playgroup to higher education, it supports diverse educational boards and curricula. Admissions, student records, fees, examinations, HR and payroll, library, hostel and transportation share a connected platform, reducing repeated data entry and improving visibility across departments and campuses. UniverseIT adapts to institutional workflows, records approvals and changes, and automates routine tasks such as fee reminders. A mobile app branded for the institution connects parents, teachers and staff in English and nine other languages. Developed by SAPTECHS, UniverseIT helps institutions simplify administration and manage their operations through one system.
