What do you like best about Sapling?

Decent coverage of languages, but the team working behind is quite unprofessional and would leave you hanging for any request Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sapling?

1. Totally unprofessional team behind this, extremely bad support

2. Zero respect for customers (for any timeline or ETA, need to beg and still don't expect any answers) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sapling solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to solve the problem of language and grammar checks within our application, but it turned out that Sapling's product was not the right pick and the team was terrible at offering any support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
