**What do you like best about sapio365?**

The extensive reporting capabilities and instant insights into Microsoft 365 users, groups, and licenses. It saves a lot of time by enabling bulk management and in-depth analysis without complex scripting

**What do you dislike about sapio365?**

The learning curve is quite long, especially for new users, as the interface offers a vast number of features. Some menus can be complex and require time to navigate efficiently. A more streamlined UI or additional onboarding resources would be helpful.

**What problems is sapio365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sapio365 eliminates the need to log in to multiple tenants separately, making it much easier to manage users, groups, and licenses across different environments. This saves a significant amount of time and improves efficiency, especially for administrators handling multiple Microsoft 365 tenants.

Some of the things i like about sapio 365 are:
It is a Powerful and versatile tool
It Can help IT administrators save time and improve efficiency
It Supports multi-tenant and hybrid AD environments
It Includes a wide range of automation features
Provides granular RBAC

**What do you dislike about sapio365?**

Things i don't like in sapio365:
Sapio365 Can be expensive for some organizations
Sapio365 is Not as user-friendly as some other tools
It May not be suitable for all organizations

**What problems is sapio365 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sapio365 helps to reduce the risk of errors by providing a number of safeguards, such as validation checks and undo/redo functionality.
Sapio365 helps to mitigate these risks by providing granular role-based access control (RBAC), which allows IT administrators to control who has access to what data and features.
