**What do you like best about SAP Upstream?**

Being able to search all records in one system. Wish you could search by social from the main page.

**What do you dislike about SAP Upstream?**

The system is not intuitive enough to sort data in date order. When pulling records it’s hard to view the information in date sequence. 

**What problems is SAP Upstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping records for all employees. We use it to track everything for all employees from the 90’s to present day. It’s nice to have records in one place.
