"Comprehensive and Integrated, But Complex"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

I really appreciate SAP Treasury and Risk Management for its end-to-end integration with the broader SAP ecosystem because it means I never have to leave the system to access other financial information. Another standout feature for me is its in-depth analytic capabilities, which help me run simulations and sensitivity analyses efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

I would say the learning curve and overall complexity of the system. I think having good training will help you gain an edge on the complexity of the system. Just learning the system and the complexity was challenging during the setup process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SAP Treasury and Risk Management"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

I like that SAP Treasury and Risk Management is comprehensive and integrated, streamlining everything from cash management to risk analysis on one platform, which saves time and reduces errors. The real-time reporting and dashboards are incredibly beneficial, providing a clear and up-to-the-minute view of cash positions and liquidity, allowing me to focus on the metrics that matter most. The visualizations make complex data easy to interpret, which is great for presenting insights or making quick decisions. I also appreciate the flexibility to adapt processes to our specific workflows, which is a huge advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

While SAP Treasury and Risk Management is powerful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The initial setup and configuration can be quite complex, which means it takes time and expertise to get everything running smoothly. Some of the more advanced reporting features have a bit of a learning curve, so new users might need training to use them effectively. I also think the user interface could be a bit more intuitive in certain modules, as navigating between screens sometimes feels slower than I’d like. Overall, these are minor issues compared to the benefits, but addressing them would make the system even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Optimize Financial Management with Accounting Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

I like the accounting integration of SAP Treasury and Risk Management. It offers extensive customization possibilities. The variety of financial products that can be managed, especially in the derivatives section, is remarkable. I also value the ability to extend its functions through BADIs and ABAP developments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

Many innovations are only available in the public cloud. This clashes with the reality of many customers who still use an on-premise version. Right now, there are only 4 APIs, which makes it extremely difficult to connect to the outside, especially if we think about connecting via AI agents and obtaining TRM information from the 'outside'. There are many configuration tables, which shows its flexibility, but also makes it difficult to change something after a go live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong ERP Finance Integration, but Cash Forecasting and Liquidity Planning Lag"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

It is integrated with finance within ERP and acts as a subledger. I do not need to transfer the financial information like bank statements and memo records externally Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

The functionality especially with cash forecasting, cash position analysis, working Capital Management, liquidity planning, call treasury instruments etc is inferior to the cloud-based products. "Organized and efficient."
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

What I like best about Treasury and Working Capital Management is the balance between strategy and day-to-day impact. I enjoy having visibility over cash flow, liquidity, and risk, and knowing that the decisions made there directly affect the company’s stability and growth. I’m especially drawn to how managing working capital—optimizing receivables, payables, and cash—helps keep the business efficient, resilient, and able to seize opportunities at the right time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Treasury and Risk Management?

What I dislike most is the constant pressure to maintain the right balance, especially when market conditions are uncertain and many factors are out of our control. It can be demanding, with tight deadlines and high expectations, and even small errors can have a significant impact. However, this also pushes me to be more detail-oriented, disciplined, and proactive in my decision-making. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
