**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

Core HR module includes helpful features such as workflows which are highly customisable. SF Payroll is integrated with Core HR module so there is less initial work on that front.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

Core HR module has dated appearance and customisations have limitations and kinks that do not support certain scenarios which can be tricky. Payroll integration does not always work smoothly and replication errors for unknown reasons can commonly occur.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reporting, statutory compliance, employee self-service for personal data ownership, position management for better planning, core data management for other modules and systems to be integrated with.

Good to know SAP also emphasis on HR activity. 
Great tracking, good understanding of employee profile along with structural Heirarcy. 
User friendly access and understanding level is also good

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

Not found any issue till date. 
Initially it takes time to understand the option but after 2-3 transaction you able access with ease

Ease access of daily tracking to attendance, in and out punching. 
Also can able to check balance leave and payslip module on fingertip

Managing the Payroll and time attendance, employee record management, reports for the operations are the perks of this Software. 13 modules amd every module has its own tools and features.

I haven't like to mention anything about the software as dislike, it might be too earlier to identify any dislike features or option but truly speaking, it's most emerging trend in the world nowadays.

Payroll operations are the main concern for the salaries and services given to the company and for audit purposes also. The module of time management has covered the employees check in and out.

Software is a bit complex to use with not so good User Interface. It is difficult to integrate the software with other systems.

The ticketing system is a little slow sometimes.

I like the all-in-one capability. My company uses SuccessFactors for training, performance review, goalsetting, time-off requests, and organization charting. Other competitors only offer one or a few of these, but success factors makes it easy.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

I have had just a few bugs and inefficiencies when trying to use the software. Luckily, Successfactors support was quick and capable and fixed our problem, but nonetheless, it would have been preferable to avoid the issue altogether.

SAP Successfactors is allowing for HR management, which on a day-to-day level means facilitating and optimizing human-to-human interactions. Where normally, this sort of task is often left undone due to the hassle and complications of it, Successfactors makes it easy and facilitates these important HR activities well.

I had the opportunity to learn the OG (original) SAP-HR from scratch and implemented SAP-SF lately, combining meticulous back-end designs and maximizing front-end user experience for user-friendliness!

Two of the most powerful tool in HR, this may come at non-affordable cost!

SuccessFactors is an exhaustive software with a lot of features that cover all HR domains. 
I used SuccessFactors on the learning modules and the tool offers so many fields that enable complete, exhaustive and interesting reporting.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

The design of the platform should be improved and you need 2 weeks of onboarding on SAP to really feel comfortable with the software. 
SAP Successfactors does not allow e-learning creation and social learning in opposite to other LMS. 
SuccessFactors do not integrate LXP features.

This tool help us (Learning Team) to track and monitor all our learning activites. 
It is also a platform to share our learning catalog and improve the visibility of our learning offer to employees.

I like that the platform has deeper capabilities than your run of the mill low cost platform, with access to things like talent science and performance management components.

The platform, when used could've used a little bit of a facelift, but the bones and overall functionality are there in spades with the likes of workday, Infor and others

Human resources management tool as feature to  call out that I specially like are such as HXM suite which provides all core hr payroll related features

**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

What I liked most about SmartRecruiters was that we could try it via the free version before committing to the full paid version.
It is also not hard to learn and integrates with a decent number of job boards.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

The free version was limited to only five job posts at a time, which makes sense considering you are not paying for it. 
However, I would also love for them to improve the product's usability; reviewing CVs was such a painful process with more clicks than necessary.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was great for collaboration between the hiring team.
We also loved the job board integration, which was quite a time and money saver.
Finally, the referral portal was very useful for us.

Sap Success factors provides you one click profile information, payroll information, income tax information and solutions, performance management system workflow as well as solution, shows pending and due tasks on dashboard as well.

SAP successfactor core HR and Payroll are one of most evolving products which is widely preferred by many government agencies. Payroll is well connected with ATO.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

It was not user friend in the initial years, hence lost wide market penetration. it could have better in its user interface. Now with cloud it has evolved much better than before.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single touch payroll has really helped many of my customer for better integration with Australia Tax Office. It is very easy to operate. Business performance has really improved.

We had an in house individual that was able to make the modifications that we needed to the software because they were certified. Having that was nice as it made the updates quicker than going through the company directly.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?**

It's not a good looking software. You should also expect to have extensive training on the software. It's not the most intuitive software. It's not impossible to learn on your own but it will take a good amount of time.

**What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it for tracking applicants and hires. It made that process fairly easy. We eventually also were able to use the reports that are offered in the system to show the impact that our recruiting efforts had.

Interface and functionality available in Success Factors, there are plenty of integration API s available by which you can integrate this with any kind of other solutions.

Some of localization solutions are still missing, for example some of India localization with respect to Indian statutory are not fully covered. Constomization option is not upto mark.

It helped alot with Employee self service and manager self serverive, most importantly you can get this on move and mobile application is added advantage, user interface is nice
