It is also not hard to learn and integrates with a decent number of job boards. **What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors HCM?** The free version was limited to only five job posts at a time, which makes sense considering you are not paying for it. You should also expect to have extensive training on the software. It's not the most intuitive software. It's not impossible to learn on your own but it will take a good amount of time. **What problems is SAP SuccessFactors HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used it for tracking applicants and hires.
