Customer support still need to deliver the best with proper solution to the issue.some time we can't able to restart the database, we need to kill from task manager and need to restart. organization has raised the IT ticket with support team there came up with solution but the issue is reoccuring there need provide fix with proper version updates. Our company has SQL Anywhere on Windows Servers and PCs since version 7. Easy to Install (less than 15 minutes) Little or no maintence You can copy a customer's db back to a local pc and have it running in very little time.
