It is an affordable solution, with very good knowledge bases, documentation management, ticket management and business process lifecycle management. It is an easy-to-use tool and integrates with other tools with ease. It is a very useful power tool for SAP users. I like its high efficiency within IT infrastructure and other business processes. It is a tool used in almost every organization because of its reliable features when working with IT, documentation and carrying out various business processes.
