"Seamless Integration Boosting Our Sales Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I appreciate SAP Sales Cloud for automating the lead assignment and follow-up process, which increases efficiency. I love the real-time visibility it provides into all deals and stages, which enhances decision-making. The AI forecasting tool reduces guesswork, improving accuracy in our sales process. I enjoy the unification of marketing, sales, and service teams on a single system, giving us a comprehensive 360-degree view of the customer journey. This integration eliminates data silos and ensures seamless collaboration across departments. Additionally, having orders, pricing, and stocks instantly synced to prevent data mismatches is extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The initial setup of SAP Sales Cloud was quite complex, particularly when defining sales territories, hierarchies, lead and opportunity stages, workflows, approval processes, routing rules, and product models. Integrating with SAP ERP required careful planning to align with the existing sales process, which was a major challenge. Additionally, the older versions of the interface had too many menus and clicks, leading to mistakes. Customizing the layout and workflows required technical know-how, presenting another challenge. What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

What I dislike about SAP Sales Cloud is that it can feel complex to configure and customize, especially for new users. Reporting flexibility is limited without extra setup, and the interface isn’t always as intuitive as other CRMs. Integrations outside the SAP ecosystem may also take more effort. "Great API system with rich CRM facility"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

The platform provides a unified view of customer data making opportunity management and forecasting much easier. I really appreciate the open APIs and OData services that SAP provides. These allow seamless integration with external systems and custom applications enabling automation of workflows and real time data synchronization. The REST based APIs are well documented, support JSON payloads and make it straightforward to extend functionality without heavy customization. Combined with the SDK and extension framework, it gives me the flexibility to tailor the solution to business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The APIs, although robust can feel fragmented some features rely on OData services while others use REST endpoints which can lead to inconsistences in implementation. The extension SDK is powerful but has limitations when dealing with deep custom logic or UI changes and deploying custom code often involves multiple steps and environments. What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I’ve been really impressed with how SAP Sales Cloud gives me a complete, real-time view of our customers and sales pipeline. It’s made managing relationships and forecasting so much easier. The integration with other systems is seamless, and the automation and analytics tools have really streamlined our workflows. I also love that I can access everything on the go, which keeps me and my team productive wherever we are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

While SAP Sales Cloud has a lot to offer, I’ve found it can be quite complex to learn and navigate, especially at first. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and making custom changes often requires extra support or technical help. It can also run slowly at times, particularly with large datasets, and the cost adds up quickly if you need more advanced features or users. Once it’s all set up, it works well — but getting there takes time and patience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

SAP Sales Cloud does a great job of helping us manage the entire sales cycle in one place. The integration with other SAP tools is seamless, and the dashboards make it easy to track opportunities, leads, and performance. I also like how configurable the workflows are & it fits different sales processes quite well once set up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The interface can feel a little dated and sometimes requires too many clicks to complete basic actions. It can also take a bit of time to get used to if you’re new to SAP systems. Some areas could be more intuitive and modern-looking, but overall it’s still powerful once you know your way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast Implementation and Real-Time Insights Make This Cloud ERP Stand Out"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

Real-time insights, combined with simplicity and automation, make this solution stand out. The implementation process is fast and the support is reliable. Setting up a cloud ERP system is significantly quicker than deploying an on-premise solution, since your SaaS provider manages both hardware and software installations and offers dedicated staff with expertise in data centre management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The implementation process is costly, as it involves not only the software itself but also hardware, consultants, training, and the continuous expenses of maintenance and upgrades. It also demands specialized staff, and managing upgrades can often be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
