"Clean, Secure Outlook Integration—But Login Dropouts and AI Access Issues"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

It’s easy to log in and access, and it feels secure. The user interface is clean, and it connects to my Outlook. I can send emails to customers and submit them to my colleagues and managers, and it also makes creating reports easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

Every now and then, the software boots me out, and I can’t log back in until I contact IT and the problem gets fixed. I also can’t seem to use the AI intelligence features, but that may be because I haven’t had enough training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CRM with Seamless SAP Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I love SAP Sales Cloud for its deep and native integration with our SAP landscape, particularly S/4HANA, which is vital for us since sales depend heavily on back-office data. I appreciate the intelligent output scoring feature that constantly analyzes historical data, activity levels, customer engagement, and deal closing dates, providing valuable insights. The configuration and customization tools are fantastic, allowing easy customization without requiring code changes, which results in quick adaptability and better adoption. The mobile app is robust and reduces my time spent on excessive admin work, thanks to less manual entry and streamlined reporting. The pre-packaged integration to SAP/HANA is excellent as it eliminates complex, time-consuming middleware development, making the CRM setup straightforward with the guided configuration guide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The reporting interface in SAP Sales Cloud is less intuitive for creating complex reports and dashboards compared to competitors. Additionally, the mobile offline capabilities need improvement. When my mobile device goes offline, handling large volumes of data and performing complex tasks is challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Efficient for Finance, Needs Minor Tweaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I have found SAP Sales Cloud to be an exceptionally valuable tool, particularly for addressing finance-related issues. Its capabilities in this area make it a friendly and efficient application for financial tasks, including managing business payment invoices and customer account details. I appreciate its ease of use and consider it a wonderful tool for financial institutions and diverse business activities. I enjoy working with SAP's support, as it offers a smart, efficient work experience. My satisfaction with the tool is high enough that I would strongly recommend it to colleagues facing similar work-related challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

I sometimes encounter technical issues, such as server errors, which is a bit disappointing. Additionally, when entering an invoice number, it only shows half of the customer's name instead of the full name, which is an issue that needs to be resolved quickly. The process of granting access took a long time, about a month, and initially, I struggled with how to use the software properly, although I gained more experience after two months.
