"Streamlines Sales Process, Enhances Order Management"

What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I like SAP Sales Cloud's user interface, credit cycle, and overall dashboard. It's super helpful because I can easily see all my client's reports in a single window and check each client's credit worthiness, which is crucial for my company as we heavily rely on credit business. It also gives me insights into most clients' past product choices, their turnover, credit cycle, and recovery. Plus, the integration with Power BI adds great value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

Sharing particular data to particular clients is a bit difficult, especially if there is a region-based product's sales and prospective demand. I have to either use manual Excel sheets or create separate Power BI dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best Sales Cloud CRM for your team!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

What really clicks for me with SAP Sales Cloud is how effortlessly it syncs sales and marketing data in one smart dashboard. It gives me crystal-clear insights into customer behavior and pipeline status, which is pure gold for crafting targeted, automated email campaigns that feel timely and personal. The way it plugs into CRM and marketing tools means I spend less time juggling systems and more time fine-tuning messaging that truly converts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

If I could wish for one upgrade, it would be to make customizing workflows and automation rules a bit more user-friendly. Sometimes the setup feels more like a puzzle than a streamlined process, so smoothing that out would help marketers like me get campaigns running faster and with less technical hassle. "Way too much too look at in my opinion..."
1.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I do like the attention to detail and the info it provides but it almost provides too much info! It gives info that I dont want and honestly starts to cloud up what im trying to accomplish, it takes everything from A to Z and beyond... i wish it would just show the pertinent info that I need, not the whole picture and some... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The sheer amount of info!! It provides way too much info on its pages. Also the techs support on the page is slow and honestly im lucky if I get a hold of an actual person. So all in all I would not recommend this app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Sales Insights, Minor Login Hassles"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I like the great user interface of SAP Sales Cloud, which allows me to customize report layouts. I also spend most of my time using it to get Sales reports, Shipment and Backlog Reports, and check pricing details for all products. It's helpful for uploading pricing, downloading sales reports, generating insights, and integrating with targets for the Sales Team to see progress. This data also plays a crucial role in preparing WBR, MBR, QBR, etc. It's efficient in tracking sales data and creating reports with ease, managing pricing for all products sold to partners, and tracking sales orders and purchase orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

I find the login process to be time-consuming, and copying and pasting becomes very difficult. I end up downloading data in Excel format just to copy small stuff. SAP should allow more time before logging out due to inactivity and make the copy-paste functionality as easy as using ctrl+C and ctrl+V. Also, the initial setup was tedious and time-consuming. "Streamlined Sales Processes with Real-Time Insights"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I use SAP Sales Cloud to streamline, automate, and accelerate the entire sales process, which allows my sales team to focus more on customer engagements and relationship building. I appreciate the collaboration features that keep all sales engineers updated with the latest information. I like the Customer 360 Degree view, Real Time Pipeline management, Mobile Capability, next best action recommendations, and how well it integrates with Google Products like Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive. Additionally, I find it beneficial for linking different departments, especially in the Precast Industry, including Design, Estimation, and Finance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

We encountered several issues with the product. First, customization was challenging; there were specific reports we needed that were not available, and even the customization options did not fully address our requirements. Additionally, the interface was quite complex and not user-friendly, which made navigation difficult. While a mobile app was provided for convenience, it had limitations, and we were unable to access all features through the mobile version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
