"Great API system with rich CRM facility"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

The platform provides a unified view of customer data making opportunity management and forecasting much easier. I really appreciate the open APIs and OData services that SAP provides. These allow seamless integration with external systems and custom applications enabling automation of workflows and real time data synchronization. The REST based APIs are well documented, support JSON payloads and make it straightforward to extend functionality without heavy customization. Combined with the SDK and extension framework, it gives me the flexibility to tailor the solution to business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The APIs, although robust can feel fragmented some features rely on OData services while others use REST endpoints which can lead to inconsistences in implementation. The extension SDK is powerful but has limitations when dealing with deep custom logic or UI changes and deploying custom code often involves multiple steps and environments. "Smart, Scalable, and Sales-Focused"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I’ve been really impressed with how SAP Sales Cloud gives me a complete, real-time view of our customers and sales pipeline. It’s made managing relationships and forecasting so much easier. The integration with other systems is seamless, and the automation and analytics tools have really streamlined our workflows. I also love that I can access everything on the go, which keeps me and my team productive wherever we are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

While SAP Sales Cloud has a lot to offer, I’ve found it can be quite complex to learn and navigate, especially at first. The interface isn’t always intuitive, and making custom changes often requires extra support or technical help. It can also run slowly at times, particularly with large datasets, and the cost adds up quickly if you need more advanced features or users. Once it’s all set up, it works well — but getting there takes time and patience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SAP Sales Review"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

What I like best about SAP Sales Cloud is how it centralizes customer data and sales processes, making it easier to manage pipelines, improve forecasting accuracy, and align teams. From my experience in marketing automation and CRM workflows, I appreciate how its integration and analytics capabilities drive smarter, data-based decisions that directly enhance revenue performance and customer relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

What I dislike about SAP Sales Cloud is that it can feel a bit heavy at times — the interface isn’t always the most intuitive, and setting up custom workflows or reports can take longer than expected. Also, some integrations require extra configuration that could be smoother. But once it’s all set up, it runs solid and delivers great insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Sales Visibility and Tracking"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

SAP Sales Cloud does a great job of helping us manage the entire sales cycle in one place. The integration with other SAP tools is seamless, and the dashboards make it easy to track opportunities, leads, and performance. I also like how configurable the workflows are & it fits different sales processes quite well once set up properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The interface can feel a little dated and sometimes requires too many clicks to complete basic actions. It can also take a bit of time to get used to if you’re new to SAP systems. Some areas could be more intuitive and modern-looking, but overall it’s still powerful once you know your way around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SAP Sales Cloud: A Powerful but Complex CRM Solution"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

From a consultant's perspective, what we value most about SAP Sales Cloud is its unparalleled ability to create a truly unified commercial core for businesses already running on SAP's back-end systems. For our clients, the objective is always to break down data silos and futurify their operations, and the native integration between Sales Cloud and S/4HANA is the most effective way to achieve this. It moves beyond a simple CRM to become the central nervous system for sales, providing teams with real-time, actionable intelligence from across the entire value chain—from inventory and fulfillment to finance. This seamless flow of information enables a frictionless lead-to-cash process, empowers data-driven decision-making with a genuine 360-degree customer view, and ultimately allows us to help our clients build a scalable, intelligent sales engine that is directly connected to their core business reality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

When considering any technology, it's helpful to understand its characteristics from a solution-oriented viewpoint. Instead of focusing on "dislikes," we can reframe potential challenges as opportunities for optimization and improvement. For instance, the platform's extensive configuration options, while requiring a dedicated setup effort, allow for a solution precisely tailored to your unique sales processes rather than a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach. Similarly, its deep integration with the broader SAP ecosystem means you gain a unified, end-to-end view of the customer journey, from marketing to service, rather than just a standalone sales tool. The comprehensive, enterprise-grade feature set, which might seem complex at first, ultimately provides a robust and scalable foundation for managing even the most intricate global sales operations. By viewing these aspects in a positive light, you can see that what might be perceived as a challenge is actually a key strength and an opportunity to build a powerful, customized sales engine for your organization. "Fast Implementation and Real-Time Insights Make This Cloud ERP Stand Out"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

Real-time insights, combined with simplicity and automation, make this solution stand out. The implementation process is fast and the support is reliable. Setting up a cloud ERP system is significantly quicker than deploying an on-premise solution, since your SaaS provider manages both hardware and software installations and offers dedicated staff with expertise in data centre management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

The implementation process is costly, as it involves not only the software itself but also hardware, consultants, training, and the continuous expenses of maintenance and upgrades. It also demands specialized staff, and managing upgrades can often be challenging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Setup with Powerful Features, Hard Learning Curve"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

I really appreciate SAP Sales Cloud's seamless and easy setup, which meant minimal time was spent getting started. I love having everything stored in one place, simplifying access with a single source of truth. The workflow and productivity tools, particularly opportunity and pipeline management, are fantastic. Mobile access is excellent and greatly enhances convenience. The 360-degree customer view is remarkable, integrating CRM and ERP data, providing a comprehensive look at customer relationships. The software helps prioritize what I value, enhances pipeline visibility, and improves forecasting, which saves time and effectively aligns with value propositions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

I would change the learning curve. It's not terrible, but it did take a bunch of training for our sales reps to get comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automation and Integration Make SAP Sales Cloud a Standout"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

What i like best about SAP Sales Cloud is Automation such as follow ups, reminders, forecasting and reminders.I used it frequently and it is best with such implementation but it will take time to figure out. And integration is good. Customer support is good i would say overall best experience . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

i would say its UI looks old and not intuitive and intitally setting up takes time. Also if you try integrating with any 3rd party application it can be challenging to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient CRM Tool with Room for Customization"
What do you like best about SAP Sales Cloud?

SAP Sales Cloud offers a robust set of features for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines. The integration with other SAP modules ensures seamless data flow across departments, which improves collaboration and decision-making. I particularly appreciate the intuitive dashboard and reporting tools, which make it easy to track KPIs and sales performance in real time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Sales Cloud?

While powerful, SAP Sales Cloud can be complex to configure, especially for new users or smaller teams without dedicated support. The user interface, although functional, feels outdated compared to more modern CRM platforms. Additionally, customization options can be limited unless you invest in additional development resources or third-party tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
