I also appreciate that the platform creates a more standardized process across stakeholders, which reduces confusion and helps avoid gaps in follow-up. Once people are familiar with it, it improves visibility quite a lot and gives a stronger sense of control over activities that can otherwise become very fragmented. The receipt capture and upload experience is another sore spot: images don’t always auto-read correctly, so I end up retyping details that should have been pulled in automatically.
