There will be a steep learning curve for novices I've used it for close than a year and am still learning new things daily. Also, the servers are centralized, so sometimes you use access to the system and can't do anything about it. But the SAP team usually resolves those issues quickly. In particular, the To-Dos and Situations framework makes high-priority work—like quickly reviewing, approving, or rejecting pending Purchase Orders—feel essentially frictionless. The thing I like most about SAP S/4HANA Cloud is its incredible processing power and how it centralizes everything. In my daily work at the customer service department, I need to jump between customer profiles, order history, and real-time stock levels. The system handles these massive data sets instantly, which is vital when a customer is waiting on the phone. I also appreciate the integration capabilities; the fact that it connects our e-commerce platform with the physical warehouse logistics means the information I see is always up-to-date. Compared to older ERP systems, the web-based Fiori interface (which we use through our internal tool) is much more intuitive, allowing for faster navigation through different 'tiles' or modules without losing track of the main task.
