A detailed analysis is quite beneficial, and the study provides confidence in predictions for the project timeline and expenses to update custom code. As I was handling two S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation projects with nearly six modules and 610 GSIs at the same time, I became acquainted with the SAP Responsible Design and Production tool, SAP Responsible Design and Production simplified the monitoring and management of the whole SAP Activate methodology implementation. SAP RDP is assisting us in estimating the update project timeframe, providing us assurance that we have identified all of the major holes for custom code upgrading. SAP RDP simplified the process of monitoring and controlling the whole SAP Activate methodology execution. The ability to incorporate all project stakeholders inside the application helped democratize project execution by saving time producing status reports.
