What do you dislike about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

Sometimes it's harder to establish connectivity with some of our foreign bank accounts, like those in Singapore with DBS and in Belgium with Belfast, because they're not mainstream and might not have standard API connectivity. The initial setup isn't so easy; there were some complications due to different banks having different types of connectivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Multi-Bank Payments and Visibility, Though Tied Closely to SAP"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

What I like about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity is how it simplifies something that is usually complex. Instead of managing separate connections with every bank, everything runs through one secure, central platform. It reduces manual work, improves visibility over cash positions, and makes payment processing more efficient. I also appreciate the standardisation aspect, especially for organisations operating across multiple countries, because it creates consistency and control without adding operational burden Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

What I dislike is that it can feel heavily dependent on SAP’s ecosystem, which may limit flexibility if a company uses multiple non SAP systems.this is what I dislike not being able to connect to other software outside SAP Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity: Simple, Secure Connections to Tons of Banks"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

What I like best about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity is how it lets you connect to tons of banks all at once, super simple and secure. No more messing around with each one separately for payments or statements, everything’s right there in SAP, fast and error-free. It’s a total game-changer, saves hours on admin stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

What I dislike about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity is the setup can be a bit of a hassle at first getting all the bank connections approved and configured takes time, especially if your banks are picky. Also, it’s not super intuitive for new users, so you might need some training. Once it’s running though, it’s fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

The only thing I would say that is still could have been improved is the UI, but this applies to the rest of sap products as well. It is not a dealbreaker but as a user I would like to have more user friendly interface, although it does the job great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized Payments Made Easy and Stress-Free"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

What I appreciate most about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity is having all payment and bank message information centralized in one location. This is especially helpful for payroll tasks, as it eliminates the need to switch between multiple bank portals just to check if a file was processed or if a statement has arrived. The tracking features are very straightforward, I can easily see which transactions succeeded, which failed, and which require attention, all without unnecessary hassle. Overall, it streamlines the entire payment process and significantly reduces stress, particularly when working under tight deadlines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Multi-Bank Connectivity?

The error messages that appear when something goes wrong aren’t always very clear, which means I often have to spend extra time figuring out the exact issue. At times, the descriptions seem too generic, so I end up searching around to identify the real problem. While this isn’t a major issue, it can become a bit of a hassle during payroll cycles when time is limited, as it tends to slow down the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
