Opentext Validation client is not very user-friendly. I could not find the recurring invoice generation option In B2C A dashboard to provide for each order with the status that can be easily visible to the users(UX change) Example: Provide option of tasks- Ordered->Confirmed->Invoiced->Delivered->Ack where we can easily reach out to concerned POC. I found this at the end of the cycle but to understand easily on where the lag is, it is important), This can be placed in orders listing - How do we notify users?
