It usually involves sifting through extensive logs, and the graphical monitoring interface does not always clearly highlight the exact point of failure, which can delay the resolution process. The main challenge that SAP Integration Suite addresses for us is the overwhelming complexity of our hybrid IT environment. We continue to run essential legacy systems on-premise, such as S/4HANA, while also quickly integrating leading cloud applications like Salesforce and other SaaS solutions. This combination resulted in significant data silos and disjointed business processes. We found ourselves relying heavily on manual data entry to connect these systems, which not only wasted valuable resources but also introduced costly mistakes and delays. The most significant advantage we've experienced is improved process automation and data consistency. By leveraging Integration Suite as the central connector, we've been able to automate end-to-end workflows, including our entire 'Order-to-Cash' process. Now, data moves effortlessly from our cloud CRM to our on-premise ERP without the need for manual input. This transformation has led to substantial operational cost savings, minimized human error, and given our leadership a single, trustworthy source of information for making decisions. Very powerful product. Allows seamless integration of various services. Simple requirements are quite easy to implement. In general the handling is very user friendly and convenient. Big number of adapters supported out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite? Oftentimes the performance inside SAP Integration Suite is quite poor. Also the Edit/Display mode of the integration flow itself for example is a bit buggy. Something which would be a nice feature is something like a "cross-reference" - some function which allows to you to check for example, in which iflows a specific groovy-script is used.
