I appreciate the easy-to-understand interface and the ability to edit iFlows very easily via drag & drop. It is also advantageous that workflows can be easily shared between different environments, which significantly simplifies the CI/CD process. The initial setup of the SAP Integration Suite was very easy; once users and permissions are correctly set, you can get started immediately thanks to the numerous standard iFlows. Additionally, it is quite complicated to manage environment-specific variables. A lot of know-how and experience is necessary to implement mapping in iFlows, for example, because one must pay very close attention to the different field levels. Often, many serially arranged mappings are necessary to achieve the desired result. Since mappings are the main work in exchanging data between different systems, better support would be desirable.
