CPI provides us a lot of power to integrate SAP cloud systems with each other, and with our on prem systems via Cloud Connector. It simplifies our integrations so we can spend less time setting them up. **What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?** Automatic updates occur to the product, keeping it updated at all times. This is great 99.9% of the time, but the update may cause an issue .1% of the time. There is no preview tenant available, so we do not have a way to test updates prior to them going to production. **What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use CPI to integrate various SAP cloud systems with our on prem systems. We ran into an issue where a CPI update caused an issue with all iFlows into one of those systems, and we wanted to prevent that in the future. We purchased the Customer Test Service which gives us a preview tenant where we can test changes and service updates prior to those moving to production. It also automatically tests a group of iFlows to ensure the changes or updates will not affect them. This gives peace of mind. ### 29. In addition, making available APIs from SAP and enabling APIs of other vendors for integration is an excellent feature. **What do you dislike about SAP Integration Suite?** Building custom integrations are still somewhat complex when compared to other iPaaS applicaitons. The Groovy script editor is highly complex to use. There's no option even to do a syntax check. The syntax errors are shown only after an iFlow is deployed. I wish this could have been better. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Integration Suite:** It's still an evolving product, and there are many other iPaaS vendors in the market which you should try before zeroing on to a particular one. **What problems is SAP Integration Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it to integrate our on-premise SAP applications with the SuccessFactors SaaS applications.
