There aren't too many steps for entering my time sheets which is nice. The best part is the copy from previous day's hour function.
What do you dislike?
Entering time is tedious- the system should remember previous schedules, especially if you work the same hours each week, and let you copy entire time sheets. Additionally, they don't provide detailed instructions for using other functions such as expense sheet entry. Password recovery is also a nightmare.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am required to use the FieldGlass tool by my employer, but if it were up to me I'd chose a newer software that's been updated more recently and has a more easy going and friendly user interface. The fact that there's not an easy to use mobile app is concerning given the potential is certainly there.
