There aren't too many steps for entering my time sheets which is nice. The best part is the copy from previous day's hour function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SAP Field Service Management? Entering time is tedious- the system should remember previous schedules, especially if you work the same hours each week, and let you copy entire time sheets. Additionally, they don't provide detailed instructions for using other functions such as expense sheet entry. Password recovery is also a nightmare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is SAP Field Service Management solving and how is that benefiting you? I am required to use the FieldGlass tool by my employer, but if it were up to me I'd chose a newer software that's been updated more recently and has a more easy going and friendly user interface.
