Sometimes it freezes, and you have to restart the program or browser, causing you to lose all your work. **What problems is SAP Entitlement Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** The issues with freezing and people not being able to log in. Sometimes the portal will not allow you to log in or will randomly take away access to certain features. SAP is currently fixing those issues. ### 4.
