I appreciate SAP ECC for being scalable and flexible. Even though it can feel clumsy at first, users get to know its capabilities after a month of use. I also like the good feasibilities it offers for departments like sales, finance, inventory, and quality. For sales, it allows you to manage leads, nurture them according to the company's workflow, create 360 customer profiles, and handle follow-ups and quotation creation.
