We end up having to export a lot of data on our own to manipulate in other programs (Excel, Tableau, Google Sheets, etc.) to create presentations. **What problems is SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is nice having all of our asset data in one place, however knowing where to go to get the correct data can sometimes be a challenge. Like honestly, it took nearly 3 hours to pull one year's worth of transactions - if, hypothetically, I need to pull out 3 years of data, it would take me 9 hours, which is over the standard workday. It is not user friendly for our hourly employees when entering in time. The software is not US based and can be challenging to learn. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management:** Very steep learning curve if you have never used the software before. All of the processes are very manual which can decrease productivity and increase the number of manual mistakes. A more user friendly and automated process would be beneficial. **What problems is SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** My department in HR works on processing data transfers for new hires, promotions, transfers between departments and time entry.
