Fairly easy to learn, nothing to download, all browser based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Data Management?

SAP has limited functionality with some browsers and operating systems. It's got a Java- based GUI, so it no longer works in Chrome. Also, it seems to not work well on Macs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SAP Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it for the myUK system for record keeping. This provides access to student and employee records. Academic advising is also done with this system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The address suggestion webservice is not great"

What do you like best about SAP Data Management?

The address match with the existing customers turned out to be good after many iterations of tunings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Data Management?

It was failing the basic address validation that returns with the address suggestions. We had abondoned the service in some of our web pages and started using the google maps API for a very much nominal price.

THe common thing is the PRICING. I always feel SAP pricing is outrageous compared to other recent new technologies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
