SAP Customer Identity and Access Management for B2C are doing good in customer profile management, but we also require this data in our SAP  s/4 hana. The integration was complicaticated. Otherwise, all good.

The best about SAP Customer Data Solutions is its support system; learning new things and implementing them in our routine is a tricky thing SAP support team makes the process easy. SAP Customer Data Solutions offer high customization on data interface based on our requirements. The main feature is its security, which creates trust among the client base.

SAP Customer Data Solutions' service is a drawback; it's costly compared to its competitors with the same reliability and branding as Adobe. Many complex features are there need to simplify like initial setup.

My organization uses SAP Customer Data Solutions as a CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) tool for B2B and B2C services.SAP Customer Data Solutions also offer us good data protection over sensitive client data. It offers an easy-to-use UI. I love that the learning curve is minimal and I was ready to go in no time. When I needed help, customer service was prompt. Using analytics, I've understood many of my consumers. Most problems can be handled through data analysis.

**What do you dislike about SAP Customer Identity and Access Management?**

Integration with external services presents the greatest barrier for this product. Because of its complexity, you should consult an expert before attempting integration. It would be beneficial if this procedure could be made easier.

With the use of consumer data analysis, we now have a far better grasp on our clientele. We may base our choices on real information about our customers. Many issues, shown by our data, have been addressed.

It is able to provide a single seamless sign on capability by providing identity management and consent management features. it also has a good consoleto manage this easily . integration is easy whenever applicable using javascript code

It still doesn't have ready out-of-the-box connectors for SAP products like SAP hybris and integration architecture is still a challenge. Integrating with other tools of CMS or other platform still remains challenging.

we have multiple customer-facing interfaces and websites and each has its own user management system. With gigya or SAP CIAM - we aim to solve the problem of creating one customer identity and profile which can be used for single sign on across these different customer touch points. we will also use this for consent management

Not as reliable as amazon. Product penetration and trust. Reliability. End to end solutions missing. No mobile data access for security and monitoring.

I like the quick way to pull up details on each order. Just put in the document number and it pulls all the data from that order all in on place.

I dislike the long process it takes to set up and get access to it.

I recommend this tool to help businesses stay organized and provide a easy access to orders, with all information you need to invoice and transport. It takes a little while to get set up, but once it the application it is very easy to use and train employees.

At first a lot of things i.e. their range of services (like share, social login, ratings etc.), but afterword, as we went through configuration and implementation, I started disliking many of these things

**What do you dislike about SAP Customer Identity and Access Management?**

It is difficult to configure things. The gigya console does a terrible job in giving you options, at least when I used it a long time ago.

Ratings: Out of the box doesn't allow you to change layout, or enable/disable features like commenting.

Share: I received terrible customer service around enabling simple share options for our site. It is difficult to customize it for your look and feel, their share code isn't optimized for the web. 

Support: I find it bad. All they do is send you links to documents. They don't take the time to understand your site structure, instead they try to understand the issue only from a high level (support should get into the weeds of the issue), and send you links that contain lines and lines of code and functions and methods.

Their effort estimates are extremely high i.e. if you are working on a custom functionality with their support, and have to pay for the hours, their hour estimates (how long would it take to do something) are really high.

their Analytics isn't that great either ... gives you the high level/popular analytics but cannot go into details as in "who shared what article where", "which article was shared where and how many times"

As users of Registration as a Service I like the ability to manage and query all user data from Identity Storage. We are also leveraging the Single Sing On feature which works really well. Our user registration process is greatly improved from the days of managing registration on our own.

Nesrine Williams and the entire customer support organization have been extremely helpful throughout our implementation! I felt like we needed a little extra hand holding and we received all the support we asked for with a great attitude.

**What do you dislike about SAP Customer Identity and Access Management?**

Our development team is distributed (US East Coast and India) and the Gigya team we worked with was US West Coast. When we were working on some of the more complex portions of our implementation the time difference did slow the pace. Never by more than a day and it is not Gigya's fault that we are not located in the same time zone. This is just a potential issue that could impact some organizations if time is a critical factor not managed on the front end.

Read the documentation, ask questions, follow best practices and hope you get to work with Nesrine, Amy and Marshall.

**What problems is SAP Customer Identity and Access Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Social login, commenting, and reliable easy user management are what we initially intended to leverage Gigya's service for. On top of that, we have account service people that touch base and ask questions that allow them to understand our business goals and almost always have constructive ideas on how the service we already have may be able to help us achieve those goals.

The ability to have someone manage the many social networks we use for Social sign in, so that we only have to manage one consistent API!
