"Powerful Pricing & Configuration Engine with Seamless SAP Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

I really like how powerful the pricing and configuration engine is. It handles complex product rules and approval workflows very well, which makes it easier to manage more complicated setups. The integration with other SAP tools is also a big advantage and helps keep everything connected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

The user interface feels somewhat outdated and isn’t especially intuitive to navigate. Implementation and customization also take a significant amount of effort, which can make getting everything set up more time-consuming than expected. Performance may slow down at times, particularly when working with very complex quotes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cross-Platform Convenience with Quick Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

I like the cross-platform availability which makes everything easier. I can submit items on any device and then go back and fill in any details without needing to start again. This helps me submit things while on the go at work, helping me avoid forgetting to take a photo and submit before a deadline. Everything else works as needed, and all sections make sense. The initial setup was very easy after getting my company email, and everything was submitted as I went through my first setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

The desktop version takes a while to load compared to the mobile version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very Easy to Navigate and Highly Customizable"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

It’s very easy to navigate and highly customizable. It’s been the easiest and best tool we’ve used so far. I also love the simplicity, and I rarely run into any technical issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

Nothing could really be more eye-catching or visually appealing, but it’s still great overall. I also wouldn’t mind if, at times, it went quicker when creating and updating paperwork. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Automated Validation, but a Dated UI and Occasional Lag"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

What I like best is the automated validation rules. As an SDR, it gives me the confidence that every quote I generate is technically accurate and follows the latest pricing guidelines Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

The user interface can feel a bit dated and sometimes clunky when navigating through multiple configuration tabs. I need to move fast, and the system occasionally experiences lag when loading large product catalogs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Expense Management Tool with Minor Drawbacks"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

I like the ease of use and multi-platform access of SAP CPQ. It means I'm able to submit and check expenses wherever I am on any device, which stops me from being delayed or losing any expense items. The initial setup was quite easy and has worked since. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

The application itself can sometimes take a long time to load. I feel like app start to reliability would also be a good start. Also, sometimes the mobile platform doesn’t give notifications unless you manually check. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use, Needs Pricing Flexibility"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

I like that SAP CPQ is relatively easy to use and is usually quick. I also appreciate the automation it provides, along with its relative simplicity, which I find reduces the room for human error. The initial setup was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

I find that pricing in SAP CPQ is usually not correct and it's hard to correct myself. As an end user, it's impossible to adapt wrong pricing, and I think users should be able to make corrections within a certain limit, not just admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"SAP CPQ Excels at Complex Configurations with a Powerful Rules Engine"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

SAP CPQ shines at handling complex product and service configurations. Its rules engine ensures that sales reps only generate valid product combinations, reducing errors and saving time. For companies with lots of variants, this is a huge win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

While CPQ is configurable, very unique business requirements often require scripting or advanced customization.

This can lead to longer implementation times and higher dependency on technical consultants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Structured Quoting with Seamless Cross-Device Access—Desktop Speed Could Improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

The quoting process is well structured and flexible. The platform makes it easy to manage complex pricing. It’s also available across platforms, so no matter which device I’m using, I can pick up where I left off on another without losing data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

Loading seems faster on my mobile device than on desktop; otherwise, there’s nothing to write home about. Like most new platforms, it can come with a steep learning curve, but once I got used to it, it was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Quoting with Clean UI, But Can Be Slow at Times"
3.5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

Clean UI, straightforward workflows, and it makes building quotes fast without a ton of back and forth. Keeps pricing consistent and cuts down on manual errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

Sometimes it can be very slow, and very rigid too. Customizing complex deals isn’t always as intuitive as it could be.

Customization and advanced pricing logic can be hard to tweak without admin help, which slows things down. I find myself requesting support more than I should, definitely dislike that about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful CPQ for Complex Product Configuration at Scale"
5/5
What do you like best about SAP CPQ?

We liked that their complex product configuration was an option for clients who had unique products being sold at scale. Very few software packages offer this type of feature set, clients were happy with the results of CPQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP CPQ?

It took awhile for us to find the right software package but this was it. Finding this type of software for clients at scale is complex enough but SAP made it easy once we found it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
