I like how easy it is to set limits and for employees to submit expenses through their phone. It's very easy to use. I also appreciate the smart scanning tool on receipts, which scans amounts correctly and allows us to enforce spending rules effectively. The integration with our ERP system is great because it connects smoothly and allows data to flow easily, making reimbursement seamless for employees who spent their own money. The platform being time-saving, having control, audit capabilities, travel booking, and invoice processing all in one, and the ability to reconcile credit card statements efficiently are big reasons we switched to SAP Concur. The mobile app keeps failing at login, and even after a few attempts, when you do manage to log in, it sometimes breaks when you take a screenshot of the receipt and attach it to an expense line. What I like most about SAP Concur is how streamlined and effortless the expense reporting process is. The mobile app makes capturing receipts quick and accurate using OCR technology—I can simply snap a photo of a receipt, and it automatically populates the details into an expense item. What do you dislike about SAP Concur? The user interface feels dated and unintuitive compared to modern web applications. Navigating between different screens, line items, and approval levels can require unnecessary extra clicks, making the process clunky. Multiple things: I like that there’s a mobile app that lets me take a photo of my receipt before I throw it away, and it saves storage on my phone too. The Uber integration with the Concur mobile app is also a huge time-saver and has saved me a lot of time. Another feature I use the most is the "Create expense from receipt" feature, where I can simply add a receipt and Concur does its thing by filling in details like the amount, date, currency, etc. It does take about 30–40 seconds for the details to come through, but I usually upload multiple receipts in a queue and then come back after a few minutes. Inside a claim, I’ve multi-selected expenses and accidentally clicked “Delete claim” twice so far, which ended up deleting the entire claim. I really wish the wording were clearer so it’s obvious that this action deletes all items and the whole claim, not just the selected expenses. The “Delete” and “Do not delete” buttons also aren’t easy to tell apart when you’re in a hurry. AI Audit usually takes a day or two, which is frustrating when you’re submitting expenses at the last minute. On the approval side, Concur’s UI still isn’t great, and it takes time to understand the expense details. It would also be helpful if Concur allowed admins to view submitted expenses in a selected currency, so I don’t have to convert each expense manually using Google. I used a previous system before Concur, but the Concur process feels smoother and more straightforward. It has reduced the time I spend manually uploading receipts and lets me save time instead of filling in every detail by hand. I have been using SAP concur for 2+ years now and I can tell you its one of the best softwares out there for reimbursement submissions. It is very easy to submit the reimbursement and has variety of options from travel or hotel expense submission to internet reimbursements. I use this very often.
