"Reliable and Efficient Expense Management Tool for Growing Teams"
4/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

Having used SAP Concur for expense management over the years, I’d say its biggest advantage is how seamlessly it automates the entire expense reporting process. The mobile app makes it very easy to capture receipts on the go and submit claims without delays. Its integration with corporate credit cards also helps a lot, since transactions are imported automatically and that saves a significant amount of manual data entry.

On the approval side, the workflows feel smooth and transparent—managers can review and approve or reject claims within minutes. Finally, the built-in audit trail and policy compliance checks have noticeably reduced errors and helped ensure our finance team stays in control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

While SAP Concur is a robust tool overall, the user interface can feel dated and not very intuitive, particularly for first-time users. The onboarding and implementation process is fairly complex and often requires dedicated IT support to get everything set up properly. At times, the OCR receipt-scanning feature misreads amounts or vendor names, which then forces manual corrections. Customer support response times can also be slow when the issue isn’t critical. On top of that, the licensing cost is on the higher side, which may not be the best fit for smaller organizations looking for a more budget-friendly option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best is mobile app which allows for capturing receipts and approving reports on the go.

Helps pull automatically pulls digital receipts from lot of places like uber, rentals, hotels sometimes.

It handles multiple currencies easily. In recent rip i went to 3-4 countries and it helped with managing all the currencies without any issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

The interface feels pretty old, even though the recent changes are decent. It also gives warnings for small things it doesn’t seem able to handle properly, like business meal limits. It keeps showing that I’ve crossed the limit when I actually haven’t. Sometimes the sync between mobile and desktop is delayed as well. On top of that, itemization is a pain a lot of the time. "SAP Concur Makes Expense Reporting Fast, Organized, and Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SAP Concur?

What I like best about SAP Concur is that it makes managing travel and expense reports much easier in one place. The platform is used frequently in our day-to-day work, and once you get familiar with it, submitting expenses and attaching receipts is fairly straightforward. It offers a good number of features for expense tracking, approvals, and policy compliance. Integration with other enterprise systems also helps streamline financial processes, and overall it helps keep expense management organized for both employees and finance teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

One downside of SAP Concur is that the interface can feel a bit complicated and not very intuitive at first, which affects ease of use for new users. Some actions, like editing expense reports or navigating between sections, require multiple steps. The implementation and configuration can also take time depending on organizational requirements. While the platform has many features, simplifying the UI and improving the overall user experience would make it easier to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAP Concur?

Persistent complaints highlight frequent glitches, poor performance, complex configurations requiring heavy admin support, and unreliable features (e.g., receipt processing errors or tricky navigation), which lead to low employee adoption, workflow disruptions, and ongoing frustration even in 2026.

What I dislike most about SAP Concur remains its outdated, clunky, and often frustrating user interface—frequently described as slow, laggy, buggy, and unintuitive, with long load times, inconsistent mobile/web experiences, and a steep learning curve that makes everyday tasks like expense submission or receipt uploads feel unnecessarily tedious and time-consuming.
